MM is one of the main wine producers, having established itself in the San Sadurni d'Anoia estate in 1882, in the heart of Penedès, 40 km southwest of Barcelona. Since then, quality has been synonymous with the production of some of the best wines in Spain. Since 1882 our wines have been made following the traditional method. Every year our wines win international awards for their excellent quality.
Elaboration
Premium cava made following the traditional method and produced exclusively in exceptional vintages.
After a light maceration of grapes exclusively selected by hand and harvested in 20 kg baskets, this cava ages in the bottle for 48 months in our 30 meter deep cellar.

Ideal alone or accompanied by seafood and grilled fish.
