Family Collection Crianza
Founded in 1885, Felipe Lagunilla was the man who worked hardest to rescue the Rioja vineyards from the phylloxera crisis. Made commander by the King, he is known for leading Spanish farmers to replant vines grafted with American rootstocks that were already resistant to phylloxera. Bought by the giant Diageo and later by the Marqués de la Concordia Family of Wines; The winery preserves the legacy of Felipe Lagunilla and the winemaking tradition of one of the most traditional wineries in Rioja Alta.
Elaboration
El mosto se fermenta a una temperatura máxima de 28ºC. Tras la fermentación, el vino se traslada a barricas de roble para que madure lentamente durante 12 meses, seguidos de otros 12 meses de envejecimiento en botella antes de su salida al mercado.
Food match
Combina bien con salmón a la parrilla, pollo asado con verduras de temporada o un estofado de ternera. También con fondue de chocolate negro con fresas, galletas y pastel de manzana.

Color cereza brillante de intensidad media a alta.
En nariz tiene aromas de frutas rojas y toques de vainilla y especias.
Redondo en boca, suave, bien integrado, especiado y tostado. Con un agradable y largo final.
