MM is one of the main wine producers, having established itself in the San Sadurni d'Anoia estate in 1882, in the heart of Penedès, 40 km southwest of Barcelona. Since then, quality has been synonymous with the production of some of the best wines in Spain. Since 1882 our wines have been made following the traditional method. Every year our wines win international awards for their excellent quality.
Elaboration
Cava made from the flower must of the best grapes harvested by hand, macerated and fermented at low temperature. Second fermentation in the bottle at the bottom of the Sant Sadurní d'Anoia cellars, with a prolonged aging on the lees in our cavas.
The second fermentation takes place in the bottle. It remains in the cellar for about 40 months of aging in our cellars before going on the market.
