Hacienda Zorita Natural Reserve wines are recognized with the MARCA NATURAL TM official regional certificate issued by the Ministry of Agriculture (sustainable agriculture and traditional products area). Our winery and vineyards are located in Fermoselle, in the heart of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. Largest protected natural area in Europe with 106,105 ha of vineyards and olive trees. Rocky area with a predominance of granite rock and clay soils. Although the rainfall in the area is abundant, the land is unable to retain it due to the low thickness of the land.
Elaboration
Vendimia manual en caja de 12 kg, selección de racimos en mesa y carga de los mismos despalillados mediante sistema de gravedad.
Fermentación en depósitos inoxidables de 15,000 litros, con control de temperatura automática sin sobrepasar los 26ºC. 15 meses en barrica de roble francés.

Ideal con carnes asadas, estofados e ibéricos.

Fruta roja madura, ciruela bien conjuntada con sus tostados, lácteos y toque a especias.
