Hacienda Zorita Natural Reserve wines are recognized with the MARCA NATURAL TM official regional certificate issued by the Ministry of Agriculture (sustainable agriculture and traditional products area). Our winery and vineyards are located in Fermoselle, in the heart of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. Largest protected natural area in Europe with 106,105 ha of vineyards and olive trees. Rocky area with a predominance of granite rock and clay soils. Although the rainfall in the area is abundant, the land is unable to retain it due to the low thickness of the land.
Elaboration
This wine is made from selected grapes from a 72-hectare estate in the Arribes del Duero Natural Park.
The vineyard is conducted on Smart-Dyson trellises, which allows a better and more complete maturation of the grapes.
