Hacienda Zorita Natural Reserve wines are recognized with MARCA NATURALTM official regional certificate issued by the Ministry of Agriculture (sustainable agriculture and traditional products area). Our winery and vineyards are located in Fermoselle, in the heart of the Arribes del Duero Natural Park. Largest protected natural area in Europe with 106,105 ha of vineyards and olive trees. Rocky area with a predominance of granite rock and clay soils. Although the rainfall in the area is abundant, the land is unable to retain it due to the low thickness of the land.
Elaboration
Cuando alcanza una madurez óptima, las uvas son cosechadas. Después de pararnos a temperatura y humedad controladas, procedemos al montaje de los vinos.
Antes de embotellar, se somete a un filtro mínimo para preservar las cualidades máximas. Envejecido durante 12 meses en roble francés y americano.

Ideal para acompañar con carnes, pastas, barbacoas y tapas. Temperatura de consumo preferente: 16ºC.

Rojo rubí con tonos teja en capa fina de color.
En nariz aromas frutales con matices minerales muy integrados con la madera.
En boca entra muy suave, taninos sedosos, muy persistente y agradable en boca.
